A range of technical support and data services.

Services include SIMS training and our SIMS Service Desk. These services can be provided through the purchase of the relevant Service Level Agreement (SLA) or simply purchased on an ad hoc basis.

Consultancy is delivered through bespoke on-site visits tailored to a school’s individual requirements.

Training courses are provided at various locations and can be booked via CPD Online. Alternatively, we can provide training courses on-site at your school.

Exams Certification Broadsheet Report Error

We have been notified of an issue when running the Certification Broadsheet Report via Tools/Examinations. Users might get Fault Code: 1216-0814-1700 with the error: Item has already been added. Key in Dictionary '12' Key being added: '12' System.AgrumentException.

Capita are aware of this issue and have issued the following statement:

We are currently aware that the new SIMS Examinations reports are unable to be run due to multiple identical reg group/house names within the database tables. You should be able to run the new candidate statement of results on individuals but the Broadsheet Report will also error as this works on groups. There is no issue using the existing reports in examinations organiser so for now we are recommending these reports continue to be used in this instance as the fix for these errors requires an application code change which we are awaiting patch release for.



We are now taking bookings for remote training for various areas of SIMS. This session will be carried out on the user's workstation remotely, working with a SIMS specialist.
