MIS and Technology

A range of technical support and data services.

Services include SIMS training and our SIMS Service Desk. These services can be provided through the purchase of the relevant Service Level Agreement (SLA) or simply purchased on an ad hoc basis.

We also provide accredited support for Arbor, Bromcom and Scholarpack.

Consultancy is delivered through bespoke on-site visits tailored to a school’s individual requirements, working on your school's data. Please note due to the Coronavirus pandemic all consultancy is delivered remotely.

Training courses are currently provided via Webinar and can be booked via Click Training at the top and then MIS/SIMS for courses. At this time we are unable to provide training courses on site.

Strictly Education also provide remote training sessions for a maximum of two hours. For more information please email

We are now taking bookings for remote training for various areas of SIMS. This session will be carried out on the user's workstation remotely, working with a SIMS specialist.
