Recognition for Strictly Education’s Chief Information Officer

Alex Farr named on the CIO 100 list

Strictly Education’s Chief Information Officer Alex Farr has been named as one of the top leaders in IT, with a place on the prestigious CIO 100 list. At a gala dinner held at the May Fair Hotel in London on 16 May, 100 of the UK’s renowned leaders in business technology were honoured with a place on the list.

Alex, who has received the accolade for the third consecutive year and joined Strictly Education in May 2019, has a clear vision to deliver an advanced, high-quality service to Strictly Education’s clients, with investment in people, systems and quality assurance.

Upon nomination, Alex said “I am delighted to receive a place on the CIO 100 list with my peers. This is a great start for the many IT and digital projects underway at Strictly Education, which will have great benefit to the users of our systems and services. I am clear that the company’s mission is to be the partner of choice for education support services and my team and I will be working to achieve this in continued support of schools, academies and Multi-Academy Trusts across the UK.”

CIO UK Editor Edward Qualtrough says "The CIO 100 is a showcase of CIOs as business leaders that deliver change, IT projects and customer benefits through information and technology. Involvement benefits the CIO community”
