Every day, our team works directly with early years' settings, schools, academies, multi-academy trusts, Surrey County Council, other local authorities and government departments.

Although no day is the same, we wanted to share examples of how our teams help improve outcomes for children and young people, especially the most disadvantaged.

Clerking support for chairs to deliver effective governance

A popular time for our HR Helpline

It's the busiest part of the day for the Strictly Education 4S HR team on the help-line. Although we support 450 schools and colleges with over 1,000 digital resources including online videos, we also provide strategic consultancy and planning in person, to enable a more proactive approach to HR support. Making learning spaces safe and ready to learn

Providing outsourced services like cleaning and facilities management, the Strictly Education 4S team arrive at more than 100 schools/academies each night to make sure the learning environment is ready for another day.

Webinars for school and academy governors

Through our Better Governor service, we regularly present webinars on the 'hot topics' that governors need to know about. Delivered out of hours so that as many parent governors as possible can attend, typically our webinars are enjoyed by over 300 people.
